We have recently been awarded planning permission for our Early years Nursery in Leeds, work is now well under way on site.
Following a recent trip into Leeds the office has become gripped by Ping Pong. So much so we now have a ping pong meeting table.
We are delighted to have achieved detailed planning for a residential site in Halifax with a long standing client. The section 106 agreement is currently being finalised.
In July 2014 members of the Architecture 1B team undertook the challenge of completing the National Three Peaks. The convention of doing it in under 24 hours quickly went out of the window when we descended Ben Nevis and decided a BBQ and celebratory beers were the order of the day. We completed it in just over 24 hours but had a great day.
Wood Street in Wakefield like many city centre streets it has suffered through the recent economic downturn. Architecture 1B helped design and launch a community market / festival over the course of 2013 culminating in a Christmas market with Wakefield’s largest pop up art gallery. It brought together local companies, artists and community organisations, utilising empty shops and spaces to bring a temporary regeneration of the area.
